About The Visit
It’s the most wonderful time of the year, and what festive season would be complete without a visit to the Big Man himself? Arrive at our Christmas grotto at least fifteen minutes before the time on your ticket to take advantage of our fun reindeer trail before you see Santa Claus,. Look for Santa’s missing reindeer around our store. (You can always do this after you have seen Santa too). Once you’ve found them all, you will be rewarded with a sweet treat for helping find them! When you hear your number called, make your way to the grotto entrance , where our elves will let you in to our winter wonderland festive grotto. You will get to take a souvenir photograph, and have a private family audience with Santa Claus himself, so you can tell him what you have put on your Christmas list - and promise that you’ve been very good all year! At the end of your visit you will receive a wonderful, age- appropriate gift from either our Jellycat or award-winning Gifts in a Tin or Orange Tree gift range. Afterwards, you can go outside and pick your own freshly cut Christmas tree, warm up with some festive treats in our café, treat yourself to one of our beautiful tree decorations or a fabulous gift from our carefully curated range.
How to book using our appointments app
Each time slot is suitable for one child, and includes one gift, one reindeer trail with one sweet treat and one souvenir photograph.
To book an appointment choose your selected time and press continue.
To add multiple children choose the start time (the time at which you would like to enter) and click ‘add time’ to add additional slots for each child. This will work for a maximum of four children. If you have more please pay for four, and then repeat the process as a second separate transaction.
Our special needs slots are for children with special educational and disabilities, which are spaced out to avoid crowding and ensure a quieter and less overwhelming visit. Please wear a face covering if possible, and remember to arrive half an hour before the time marked on your ticket.
